How Do I go upon getting the kitchen printer to print a duplicate copy of the order IF it contains an order of a Pizza for instance? Lets say my pizza department is in a different area of the restaurant and I want there to be an extra kitchen ticket order to pass to that department.
I have tried creating a separate print job and mapping product as pizza, then action then rule but the print job mapping keeps disappearing under product. not sure if this is the best way anyway.
Would love help on this one.
