Anyone seen this before, new one for me.
Have two tickets with different ticket numbers but orders within are identical with identical order numbers/times…
Look at ORDERUID are those the same? Are you using clone ticket anywhere?
No clone ticket anywhere on system.
Apparently, he paid off the ticket but when went back onto till it was still ‘open’.
Theya re told if this happens to pay the ticket again as have several terminals/tablets occasionly a ticket gets left open and closed on another terminal undoing the payment when later closed but never duplicating the ticket itself.
So dug arround in SQL,
The orders are separate with own order ids but with same uid
That should not be possible what version of Sambapos?
Not latest, little behind at this site.
Never seen this before, very strainge…
Althoigb looking at order ids both tickets have sequential numbers sugesting bkth of these tickets were generated in one go and sequentially which doesnt match what i would imagine would be the case as would expect ticket ids to not be sequential either as ticket was started with several batches of orders added over peiod of time.
Wpuld expect first ticket to have lower id and its orders to have non sequential ids and then the 2nd ticket to posibly have sequential ids from whatever issue cause duplicate
