Empty unpaid ticket. Cant end work period

Hi all,
Have a serious issue here. I cant close my work period since I have an open ticket. It shows the totals when I search it on open tickets. But, its empty when I click display. Any idea on how to do away with this.

Can you show some screenshot?
Check dates range when looking for open tickets as this is common question where open ticket is from before midnight with list defaulting to today only.
Also if find it and doesnt seem right maybe try adding an order and cancelling or changing something, maybe you have something in automation which has messed up the states or flow.

I tried all that with no luck. But, I got help from support team and the issue was resolved.
