I get way to much enjoyment out of configuring this software. I am requesting the ability to map Department Buttons so I can place them into various locations similar to how you can map Automation Buttons.
I think Departments might be a good thing to put into the Export Tool. If you map anything to specific department and try to export you will lose all mapping and your system will not function and may crash.
To be honest… I would be happy if I could just change the colors of the buttons. Placement at bottom I can live with its actually nice.
Exporting Departments done.
I’ve implemented button colors for departments but after testing it for a while I’ve decided to roll it back since it becomes hard to understand which department is actually selected. Of course it is possible to solve it by adding more formatting settings for selected, unselected and disabled states but for now I want to keep it as simple as possible.
Ok that is fine. Since what I am doing is technically against the simple original intent for departments I completely understand.
PS: maybe in future you can hide a feature for people that want advanced control on them
