Entities missing from drop down button in entity screen

Dont know why but two of my table buttons are greyed out, and when i go into design mode and select properties the table number is missing…

But enties are created and visible, but in the properties editor they are missing.

silly me, here is the answer, just had to update entity screen listed entities

Adding table to floor map using Entities

Please help!! I tried adding a table to my already existing map, however after I added an entity and went to select the entity in the entity screens, entity list it only shoed 1 as an option. I already have a table one. So, after a few attempts I deleted the entity type and tried to start over. Now, all the entity list show all 1’s!! So, now I can’t have more than one table open at a time! How can I fix this?
