Error in the system

Hello Guys,

I have this problem in the system, one of the waiters had applied the “TIPS option(service)” twice and now I have the error above, and I can not settle or close the table. What can I do to close or end the error for now ? And after I need to see how the !"£$$)((*&) they added tips twice in the system…

Read Community Guidelines. Especially this part.

Format error messages properly by using </> button on editor toolbar.
Find related account transaction document. You can find it via ticket number. Delete duplicated tip transactions.
Open ticket. Clear tips. Close ticket.

Go to Accounts > Transactions (these are actually Transaction Documents containing Transactions).

Locate the Ticket that you think is causing the error, double-click to open it… it will show Transactions within the Document.

You can delete individual Transactions within that Document, or backup and delete the entire Document.

Be sure to make a backup first, because these actions are irreversible, and you could do more damage.
