Error message in Turkish?

This error message appeared, what does it mean?

I believe it was related to unable to connect to SQL because it was followed by an error of “A transport-level error has occurred when sending the request to the server. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 0 - The specified network name is no longer available.)”. But I just want to check what the first message said.

Also would be good to ensure that is shown in English.
