-----------------------------Ok I see the problem I will fix it. It might be a bit though. Not sure how I missed that but apparently a hard coded entity reference was left in it.
I’m not at my computer right now but to fix it temporarily create an employee called Jesse. I will fix the task and give you further instructions later on how to delete that employee.
Just run the task again and create Jesse employee. Ignore that employee until I post fix.
Jesse is my name and I somehow left a hard coded reference to myself when I built the task. Kind of odd that others have not had this error though.

Are they currently users? If so just run the task again and add each employee. I’ll improve it to allow auto copy of users.

I have updated the task to fix the crash error. To fix yours you will need to manually edit a rule and a script. I will post what to change in a few minutes.
Update the script called Get Employee Entities located in Manage > Automation > Scripts
Enter down one line after the current script and add the following code:

Once you have followed the steps above you can delete the Jesse Employee I told you to make.

It was not really an error with the software, it was the way I setup the configuration task. I accidentally left a direct reference to an Entity that was specific to my machine when I setup the Task YAML file. I quickly added a SQL Script to handle that instead of using a specific entity name. But yes you spotting that has improved it and future users of that task will not run into that problem. I really am surprised others have not mentioned it yet lol.

Yes I’m talking about that. Are you running that each time to create the employees? Enter design mode in the screen and right click the entity grid widget and add another column by making column count 2 instead of 1

Can I change length pin?
You can edit pin length but it requires you to edit the task and change the mask for pin entry. It’s the first step in the task. It’s using a regex mask. Just click edit task and you will see the steps.
You can edit the task all you want it won’t affect my repository.
As you can see its masked via regex to only allow 4 digits you can change this mask to allow as many digits you want or even allow other characters.
Additionally you can edit Pay Rate mask for your liking as well.
PS: I am working on mine right now as we speak but Emre added a nice action Execute Configuration Task action so this means we can make our own manager custom entity screen and use that action and maybe Automation Command buttons or editor widgets to add employees without having to go to configuration tasks everytime.
