Execute database action not working

I’m trying to make an automation command button to clear out the sales manually whenever the user wants to. I created a execute database task action but it won’t work. I typed the name of the database task exactly. Any idea on what could be wrong?

Are you sure you typed the name correctly? The default Clear Database Transactions name should be entered like this:

[CBL]Clear Database Transactions.sql

The name you see inside the Database Tools screen is not the actual name of the task. It works as expected I just tested it.
