Hi,
I have set up several credit accounts for persons who have a credit agreement. I would like to export their transactions weekly to an excel file so I can create an invoice and send to them.
I have no idea where to start with this.

Data exports is what you would need to lookup.
Search for account statements, Q did some nice report/SQL for creating invoice/statement for account which might be more streamlined options.
