It may be a bug or a feature need more tweaking to make it better, the current db Tools will lose some properties when exporting the order tags. For eg. when a Order Order Tag Group, the mapping is lost. So when import it back, I need to manually go the mapping to add it back. I did not try with other properties.
Are the exact same products in the system you imported it to?
