Since we already have alternative product name to print out to kitchen in other language but we don’t have alternative name for product modifiers aka order tags.
Can we have another column in order tags to hold alternative name/language?

This definitely wont happen in V4 as there are no more updates to it as V5 will release soon. It probably wont happen in V5 either as there are plans for multi language support after V5 has been released so that will solve your language translation issues
V5 Order Tag has Description Column to store second language or what ever you want to do with it.
