Is it possible to buy a drink for another customer and the drink to on the customers tab as a free drink and when you settle it removes it
That’s a bit confusing. Can you explain that a little better.
Sorry, so basically at the moment:
A customer comes into the bar and buys a drink for himself and buys a drink for his mate who is due in later today, currently we write down the name of his mate and put a 1 next to there name and take the full amount from the customer that is in bar.
Is it possible for me to take the payment for two items but instead of writing down his mates name we instead add the drink to his account to redeem another time??

You can add a value to a customer account. There is an action that will create an account document for that.
You can build automation to specify the customer account
