Gloria food Pick up

Hi,
I have been testing Gloria Food add on for a while, I am not sure how come when there is a pick up order, when we add the payment, the order didn’t disappear but when delivery order, after the payment is added, the delivery goes away. Anyone know how to fix this?

The orders come in correctly. Just when we click payment , eg cash or credit card, it should go away otherwise the list will be so long.

It doesn’t go away unless you mark it as delivered.

You will have to modify that screen.

You dont need a close ticket action in a Before Ticket Closing rule. But that may not be the only rule affecting it. I cant see your setup so I can not be for sure.
