Jetrik is welcomed but improvements are required in my opinion.

So what platform fee are you normally adding on top of the Stripe transaction fee. I didn’t notice anything mentioned about a Stripe platform fee with Jetrik mentioned elsewhere? The Jetrik website states “jetrik operates on a straightforward licensing model with a fixed monthly service fee.”, so that would imply there would not be any Stripe platform fees.

It would be good to have some clarity and transparency on this, since Gloriafood did not charge any platform fees to use Stripe and the business would just be paying the transaction fee Stripe charge for the country they are located.

To be clear, we’re thinking about pricing options. Either a monthly Jetrik fee and free platform usage, or free Jetrik but with usage charges per order. We can discuss that.
