GloriaFood Push Orders – Is there a way to Split Customer Name & Phone into Custom Fields?

Hi all,

I’m using GloriaFood with SambaPOS5. I want to use Push Accepted Orders (because I don’t want to rely on SambaIn),

but I noticed Push puts the customer info in one field like:

John Doe 0112345678
  • Poll orders, however, split it nicely into FirstName, LastName, and Phone.

I’m looking for a way to:

  1. Configure Push to send customer info into separate fields, OR
  2. Automatically split the entity name into custom fields in SambaPOS.

Has anyone done this or have a working solution/script?

Hello, as far as I know SambaIN is not actual anymore and you would have to use the new integration… somebody correct me if I’m wrong?

I have the new setup done but the problem im having its now creating duplicate customers…in the Poll accepted orders where i had SambaIn , i had a customer for an example [FirstName]:John ,[LastName]:Doe , [Phone]:123456789
But with the New Setup with Push Accepted Orders where it doesn’t use SambaIn, it creates again a new Customer but the [Name] John Doe +1123456789 combined

i dont want it to do that i want it to seperate according to the custom fields
