Gotablet Orders are Not Printed

Hi Everyone,

Just setup 10 Go tablets for the client today,
They all working okay for the order taking and submitting part,
but somehow the tickets submitted via Go tablets are not printed.

I have checked the rules, they seemed okay to me.
any help with be appreciated!

The printer is not a shared printer is it? It’s Ethernet?

It can’t be a shared usb printer. Also make sure you have 64bit message server installed if using html templates.
