to test I started Happy Hour at 6 am to 7pm also did {DATE:ddd} Wed|Thurs|Frid but that did not work either ? so I removed it , made sure I saved after changes ? but price does not change .. I think I did it all correctly can any one see what’s wrong? This is very frustrating, I believe I am doing what’s supposed to be done, and after many hours when it doesn’t work, I can’t help but be frustrated and want to quit. I believe I can do this and that so many do it without issue,
I did that and followed those directions, but something is not working I am not sure if entering Price Tag: in the box is correct as just- HH or should it be - :HH , or {Price Tag: HH} , or [Price Tag: HH]. because something is stopping the result from happening?
The problem seems like with your Action and Rule.
You need to create a new action name it HH-Update Order and you should only type [:Price Tag] into Price Tag field in the Action and you should use that Action in your Rule and type HH into Price Tag field of your Rule.
