can you explain to me how do i setup the option to not open tickets in multiple terminals

Basically it’s a config at Program Settings → Ticket Settings.

We will publish a document about that at Monday

when is the document gonna be published?

i ticked this Prevent Duplicate Ticket Opening, then when i open same ticket in different terminal then nothing happens, i can still view same ticket if opened in another terminal
