What causes the error? What are you doing when it happens.
The error log wouldnt say the process which is causing the error but what the error is.
The above gives a good sugestion to the potential issue and see mention of;

Are you merging ticket to get this crash?
There was an issue with merging tickets with multiple calculations (like service charge etc) but cant remember if it was only one early version of v5 or existed in v4 also but Im not saying thats the issue.

Adisyona İskonto ya da başka bir hesaplama bir şekilde iki defa eklenmiş. Adisyonun karşılığı hesap hareket belgesini bulup çift satırlardan birini silmen gerekiyor.

V5’de bunu engelliyoruz.

Duplicate discount calculations added inside ticket. You should find related account transaction document and delete one of these duplicated items. That issue solved with V5.

gececegım bugun yarın yenılıyorum data base yenılemeye calısıyorum ara ara . fakat ıkı kere ıskonto uygulanmıs gorunuyor ama adısyon kılıdını acamıyorum hatayı verıyor ve sıstem kapanıyor yoksa goruryorum ıkı defa ıskonto uygulanmıs 0,50 kurus Emre bey ne yapabılırım bu durumda :slight_smile:
