Help - Menu config

Im trying to set up Samba POS 4, and my question is how to configure so that when taking order and choosing a item it can go to a sub menu for extras or special request previously configured on how clients want their product.

Select: Burguer …opens a sub menu where you can add extra cheddar or selct no onion

Some of these options in sub menu have cost some dont. Also I have a case where after hitting the menu item, operator needs to choose 2 options as a rule, example:

Certain items are served with 2 sides:
Opeartor needs to choose 2 out of 4 options
Grilled Chicken > rice and vegetables
