I’m trying to figure out how to constrain the enabled and visual states for an automation command when both CStatus and VStatus states are not set for a selected order.
I’ve tried CStatus= ,VStatus= but it seems if one matches the command is displayed.
How do I go about doing this?

If those are not set then how would it check for that? I think it needs a state value. Maybe I am wrong. Can you set a blank value and have the state on the ticket?
If so maybe try two mappings? Probably won’t work I just don’t have my setup to test atm.

For example, the default gift rule has enabled and visual states set to GStatus=
Default void has GStatus=Gift,Submitted which I assume is if the order is submitted or GStatus==Gift.
Two mappings just yields the command button shown twice.
I may have to use another order state. Hmm…
