the printing language was something created exclusively for the software or is it an existing language, and if so, where can look for references?

The “Printer Tags” are a SambaPOS feature. Forum search reveals this:

How could I do something like “if else” (conditionals) using the printing language, that is, if QUANTITY is less than 1 do not put it in the ticket?

No, not in V4. In upcoming V5, you will be able to do this using the Ternary Operator.

How I can sort the tags of a product ?, I know how to order the products, but how can I sort tags order for a product in the ticket?
