I followed QMcKay’s great tutorial for the Timeclock Punch Editor but I’m still having problems getting it to work for me. I’ve gone over the tutorial several times but don’t seem to be able to find my mistake. When I open the entity screen the data for the default employee displays in the report viewer but when I select another employee the report is blank and the Edit Punch button displays {Entity Name} at the bottom. The actions and rules look correct but for some reason the entity isn’t loading. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas why it isn’t loading I would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you.
{Entity Name} is not the same as {ENTITY NAME}. You cannot arbitrarily change the case of Tags. They must be exact.
Please post a screenshot of your display to show what it is doing wrong.
