Hi I just wanted to know if this Sales button can be hidden as we only want to display Delivery?
Highlighted Sales in yellow. Is this just a mapping setting with visibility ticked or unticked?
Its a department, if you dont want to use just unmap it no?
I see I was looking for it in Rules, Actions etc lol
I have checked Departments but there is no mapping option there the ones I see is Add, Edit, Delete or Sort. When I try to delete it it complains that it is used by a ticket. I don’t know what is linked to it. I don’t really wan’t to delete any Rules and Actions associated with it just hide it from being displayed.

I found a solution but wanted your opinion. I cleared all transactions using the clear database transactions task and then it allowed me delete the Sales Department.
I’m just wondering if this is the right way (hoping that I did not break anything). Everything seems to work fine.
That will delete it but younwont be able to use that department as it now no longer exists
I’m pretty sure you cannot remove departments from showing at the bottom, they’re designed to be there so you can quickly swap between different departments
If you don’t need it or use it deleting it should be fine
Thanks a million. My client wanted to remove it but I recommended that he keeps in case he changes his mind in the future, but for now he only wants deliveries to be used on delivery pc’s.
