Is there a way to hide the Ticket State from the ticket screen? I’m interested in leaving only the customer view visible; the others are just technical and take up part of the screen. I’ve tried the “Show on Ticket” and “display format” flags, but they always remain visible. I’ve also tried “shell subtitle,” but I think it only affects the top part. Thanks a lot.

Ok, thanks, I’d never found this topic before. So only the Admin can see everything even if the flag isn’t checked. I’ll create a new user to create tickets. Thanks.
