Hotel Rooms (Entity?)

Hi, Is there an easy way to assign takeaway, restaurant and bar tickets (all departments) to a room, so that the user can settle their whole hotel bill on checkout? I figured the easiest way to do it was to give each room a customer account and this could be then used to attach all charges to - which can then be settled on checkout. Not sure if there is a better way though? We still need to be able to use work periods and cash tills as normal at the end of the day, so the charges need to be he…

However it doesn’t cover a final bill that is itemised. Since it uses accounts correctly and doesnt mess with preorders or changing ticket dates etc the final print would be an account statement. It may be losible to generate itemised bill from account statement but topic never went this far.

Solution that the hotels I maintain a system for use 3rd party cloud PMS as they handle online agents website bookings, etc etc.

SambaPOS API Integration with NewBook PMS/Booking System

So I thought I would start a fresh topic for this project. After a few emails putting SambaPOS forward to them as a new EPOS software to integrate with I have now received their API documentation and offer of a testing account when ready.
