How can i capture the inputted value from ?prompt number pad?

I have a rule for performing a cash lift from the till, i use a ?prompt to input the value, i also want to use this value inputted in the ?prompt keypad to be saved as a program setting

How do i capture the value inputted into another action in the rule?

Use execute command action and that variable for command value

You can’t use it like you think. It’s not stored like that.

Yea i thought so, instead ive swapped the actions round so that the number pad inputted figure now saves as a program setting and the cash lift value in my account transaction using the program setting figure instead, that seems to be working
