Try and print those chars from notepad to the receipt printer. If that works, then this could be a SambaPOS issue. If not, it’s most likely a printer issue.
Hello. Notepad prints correctly… However, when sambapos character set: changes, it changes but does not print these characters correctly. ə,ğ,ş
We use Thai characters which is set via the Character set dropdown
I think it will depepend on what your printer supports (check printer documentation) but I would suggest you try Unicode UTF-8 which gives a fairly universal character support.
Note that in our case, the printers will need to be switched off and then back on again to register the change. Once done, this doesn’t need to be done again unless something changes
