How can I use a monitor in the kitchen?

It is the first time I use this system.
I have a PC with a printer and everything works very well for me, the problem is how can I display the information in the order kitchen. So I have these questions
Do I add another PC in the kitchen and just set the IP of the POS I have as a server?
Do I place a second monitor on the PC and select screen #2 to display the cooking information?
How does the connection to the kitchen work?
What process is necessary to install a second monitor in the kitchen?

That’s the part I don’t understand and can’t understand in the help manual.
