How i can configure a receipt for an price definition for take away without adding an order tag?
For example for the package of some products?

Can you explain a little more of what you are wanting? Can you show an example?
I’m a little confused, Price Definitions change the price of a product based on department or if you change the Price Tag with a rule. The subsequent price if the price definition is applied will be printed on the receipt like normal.
That is how Price Definitions work.
If you are not seeing the price you expect for takeaway, its probably because you have not set up Price Definitions properly.
