How do you customise reports to show bar and restaurant separately

hi I am new to samba using v5 and I am trying to customise my reports so that bar and restaurant reports are shown separately please help

How did you separated bar and restaurant on SambaPOS?

I created them as two separate departments; I went on settings>departments>created restaurant department >clicked on add department and added Bar

Dont think departments are seperated by default work perood report, you could try adding ticket types for each department as they are split in parts for the work period report or you have to customize the report.
