Hey everyone,
I’m trying to figure out the best way to set up gratuity or service charges automatically in SambaPOS. For example, adding a fixed percentage or amount for dine-in tables, depending on the bill total.

Has anyone here configured this before? Would love to know how you’ve handled gratuity settings through rules, actions, or ticket tags?
