How to change Entity Button Color?

Hi there
I just stared get interested to this awesome software and sure I will go for it, if I see it solves all my needs… and I like to thank all of you guys working so hard to build this great database application…!
And YES, I tried find answer to my “little problems” here in the forum and on Utube, but couldn’t. After 1 day research I gave up and… so here am I … with my 2 questions related to the topic.

I created a customized Floor plan, following forum instructions and on Utube.

When I add an “Entity Button” (Table) he has the BLACK background color (when has NO State).

  1. Can I change it for this state (no Order) in Transparent? so that my Staff only see the Number? Or at least white?

  2. second problem, if I issue an order with this floorplan, I can see the Table Number on my ticket, but I when print out the Ticket Order, there is no Table number on the ticket :frowning:

So how to add the table number for those Buttons on my Ticket Tempaltes?

Thank you so much in advanced!

Yep it’s pretty easy easy on that page where you are making the change (the entity screen) Right click-> Design Mode

Then on the button you want to chagne it’s colour to right click -Settings
then under Button Colour choose

Also welcome to samba

Try {ENTITY NAME:Tables} in your template.

PS do you mean to have 2 change table and 1 select table buttons?

Thanks for welcoming here and the lightning fast answer, lol

Of cause it was also my first Idea, right click button in Design Mode…:

and search in he SETTINGS…, but LOOK my pull down context menu!! Is soooo different to yours!?? I only have 4 fields and no buttoncolour, hic hic :((

I only have the Property Editor under “Settings” and this one under “Properties”…

No “buttoncolour” , maybe bcs I still work with an unregisted trail that I dont have all functions?

About the second issue ur Idea was RIGHT! THANK YOU… I can now printh the table name/number…GREAT!!

Can you please also tell me how to BOLD the table name ?? and enlarge a bit the letter size?

Thank you so much! U made my DAY!!!:smile:

Search the forum for printer template tutorial…

Size is defined by the numbers in the line tag and the letter is alighment.
L left, r right, j justified.
The numbers are one for height and one for width.
Bold is by line only - add a line before with enable bold <EB> and disable bold<DB>

Oki thanks so eaasy if you know how… thank you guys
