how to change table background color?
Management > Settings > States and change the color for related table state.

If your looking to make more customised entity screen grid have a look at the related posts for custom entity grid in v5 section, there are some great touches in being able to really customise the entity grid to include many features like balance and order timers etc.
Not used myself yet but will do soon and looks like a powerful improvement
