How to change the amount on POS

Manage->Settings->Program Settings->Payment Screen Settings->Payment Screen Values
Enter the values separated by comma ( , ) or semicolon ( ; )

may i ask also how to change the button values on the other side i.e, the All, 1/n, Split, Ticket, 3.00

They are fixed and cannot be changed.
