How to clear only inventory quantity of items?

Hello there,
I made a mistake while entering my information and now my inventory is showing the incorrect quantities.
Is there a way to delete all the data on the inventory without deleting the rest of the data??

After ending work period edit last created End Of Day Record and Update Physical Inventory column with desired inventory values.
