How to create a customer feedback survey

Can any one guide us through the process on how to configure customers quick surveys after the complete the order on the table I meant after finish paying their order ?

You would need to offer a better idea of how you plan to achive that.

Also how you would expect to review the information submitted…

Employee asking the questions would probably be most basic and easiest to setup, a sequence of ask question actions or [?Prompt] Updates would do the job.

Update Ticket Tag with [?How was your meal] for the tag value, you could string a few questions in multiple ticket tag updates in the same rule and they would merge into one pop up with each question and a keyboard or you could do a ‘on scale of 1-10’ type question and just the [?Prompt] definitions to display a numberpad rather than full keyboard.

well a link to a website would be a good idea it could help out with the analysis later.
but I’m more interested in something integrated like some one would enter their ticket number / reciept number to start the survey then they would be prompted with the questions of the scale of 1-10
with a couple of questions that can be emailed to a specific email for later analysis and compilation

So you want to have a kiosk/customer terminal for them to review on?

yes a customer terminal would be dedicated for that

OK, that could be doable.
Ticket Tags would be possible option but might look better with ask questions with full screen background.
Flow could get complex but you would probably want actions to start the flow on;
User Login
Ticket Closed

The first step could be (not sure if it would work) display ticket action with [?Enter Ticket ID]
Then on ticket open a reopen closed ticket action followed by the update ticket tag actions with [?Question] prompts.

This would then tag the ticket with their answers.

Final action would be ask a question with Thank you for review for question and OK button with automation command of Close ticket which should restart the process…

You would need to work out a custom report to return the results which I couldn’t help with afraid as not done much custom report work.
