How to hide price and balance

i need help. i need to hide the products price and the balance amount to the waiter in the pos section.

Not sure if you can, why do you want to do that?

Strange request, surely you dont mean it like its written? You really dont want waiter to see product price or ticket total? How would they tell customer how much to pay?
