How to include Ticket Tags information to CSV file?

Continuing the discussion from How to make customer information:

I’m getting better information by using Ticket tags, but when you Export sales data from ‘CSV Builder’ ticket tags information not appear. Is there a way to include those information to CSV?

In version 5 you can with data exports feature. In version 4 csv builder is static and can not be changed/modified.

I think i have to consider moving to V5.
