i have multiple menus on my till system and am wondering weather i can lock the entrance/reception til to just have access to the entrance?
Have have not done before but there are default menu options on ticket types and I believe also department and possibly terminals list.
However I do not know the priority for these options and am not at my PC to test.
i can select it as a the default menu but i need to lock it so the other menu cannot be accessed from that til

Tickets > Ticket Types > [Ticket] > Menu Mapping
By multiple menus do you mean categories or actual menus? In a screenshot from a different post you have Entrance category not a menu.
