How to Lock Ticket after Paid?

Hm… no thats not what i want,
my workflow ist this i have a rule thats giving the ticket a special number with the ticket tag when the ticket is paid, the ticket is locked but not closed. So i can change the order state, for “Ready Orders” from Kitchen.
works all good. Only will not give access for my Staff to add order to the paid ticket. If the ticket is closed i dont can change the order state…

Sorry Guys i found the solution… :rolling_eyes:
when a user is logged in with no access to unlock a ticket he cant add orders that was what i want!!
