hellow, i will like to know how to make a ticket note mandatory before closing or seettling?
What would be going in the ticket note?

manual input custom queue numbers
Ticket tag would probably be a better option than note.
You would need to constrain the close and settle buttons with an interim rule which checks for existance of the ticket tag and uses a [?promt] expression to display input popup.
If its a number like that why manual? Could you not automate it on ticket created or something?

Print off a number thats automatic, and then print off a separate receipt for customers with that number on? Seems a lot of faffing about manually entering numbers for something.

Clci template help and you get a list down the right of most of the tags available, generally most are self explanitory.

also you used an underscore in 1 and not in the other… according to your settings you need to have no underscore
