How to migrate to sql server 2012 from SQ local DB (Not CE)

i have been trying to migrate to a diferent computer but keep on getting al kind of errors
now reading found that its easier to migrate to sql server 2012 first but now i can not import the back up nor can i find how to migrate to SQL 2012

Access permissions - pretty obvious :stuck_out_tongue:
Windows is quite strickt on users directory.
Either try from alternate directory like a folder on C driver or usb stick or search on the forum for NT_Service which shows how to give SQL permissions to a folder.
