i have read through the forum,on problems guys are experiencing when buying and installing the licence.I want assurance from you that when installing the new licence it will not mess up with my database configuration.That is why i had asked earlier whether you have documented the whole process so we can know the process we are supposed to follow.
License has never messed up anyone’s database configuration. Most people’s issues were solved by resetting license key.
Thank-you kendash i will purchase my licence key today and in case of any issue i will let you know. What if i want to activate the licence on a remote server or rather does my database server have to be online for me to activate the licence.

There is nothing to collect, you sign in with the same account within sambapos in the market section and install and activate for you db.
License is digital not paper and it’s not a code to enter. You just need connection to internet when you first setup the device it will get license.
