You have no print button or grayed out?
Likely mapping on the print button wants changing.

we have print bill button but i mean its not working.
i have 2 PC , 1PC is working “Print Bill”, like after i print 1 then push unlock ticket then push print bill , so that its working , but new PC is not working that “Print Bill” button.
Few things for you to check:
- Make sure that new PC’s terminal name is defined under Local Settings
- Make sure the Print Job for printing the bill has the correct mappings
- Make sure your printer driver is installed and the correct printer is selected in the Print Job mapping
