hello , i would like to reprint receipt for customer …but after unlock ticket, cannot reprint .

You have no print button or grayed out?
Likely mapping on the print button wants changing.

Hello thank you for reply me.
we have print bill button but i mean its not working.

i have 2 PC , 1PC is working “Print Bill”, like after i print 1 then push unlock ticket then push print bill , so that its working , but new PC is not working that “Print Bill” button.

Few things for you to check:

  1. Make sure that new PC’s terminal name is defined under Local Settings
  2. Make sure the Print Job for printing the bill has the correct mappings
  3. Make sure your printer driver is installed and the correct printer is selected in the Print Job mapping
