I have followed this tutorial https://kb.sambapos.com/en/4-13-how-to-generate-kitchen-display/ is working great, but I have to be able to only display items with a given product tag on a given display.
this will enable me to display kitchen items on the kitchen display and drinks on the coffee shop display.
So I can i be able to filter them out

so i if u can guide me on how , i can filter the items that display on the display screen, that will be wonderful

Since this ( https://kb.sambapos.com/en/4-13-how-to-generate-kitchen-display ) tutorial prepared by using Ticket Lister option you won’t be able to filter the items on the screen.
This configuration uses Ticket Lister Feature this is why you can only mark the whole ticket as ready but not the each order individually.
If you want to be able to filter the products as Food - Drink and mark each of them individually you need to use the below source;

For that option you can add another screen (by duplicating the existing one) which displays the Completed/Ready orders.

This helps to create the waiter’s display, it shows completed orders from the kitchen display perfectly, but it has a challenge that when an order is picked by the waiter, there is no option to take the order from the waiter display; you have to wait for the “completed visibility minutes” set on the screen to take it off. wish there were an option or button to click or select so that it goes off as soon as the order is picked, so that it doesn’t display anymore

You can set the Completed Task Visibility Minutes to the minimum value which is 1 minute, so that they will be cleared from screen after 1 minute.
