How to start with the "Menu Ordering Screen" when POS is pressed?

It an ongoing variation from my earlier approach to have a Food Court Mode order screen which I try to eliminate some extra clicks.

I did not find any related information how to achieve that from the forum search or browsing the SambaPOS fucntions.

I tried to change the department setting to create ticket instead of select entity but it still go back the the Entity screen

Never mind, problem solved!

All I have to do is to click the department button at the lower corner and the default Menu Ordering Screen will stay.

Anytime you make a change to Department like ticket creation method you must logout and log back in for the change to take affect.
