Hi, noob question here pls… but I tried to search the forum and google and didn’t find the answer. How can I update SambaPOS? I have 5.3.6 and want to keep it updated. Thanks in advance!
download the latest sambapos 5.5.0 from the official website and install it

always create a backup before updating
Jokes aside, no, they shouldn’t be. But take a database backup beforehand so you can restore it should you need to revert to 5.3.6.
The only thing that I find consistently needs putting back after any SambaPOS update is if you have a custom logo (shown on the login screen), you’ll need to replace it.
