When I use products without tax everything works but i use a product with tax I can close ticket I have to close the Samba using the task manager
Can you show us some screenshots of your tax setup? Also show a screenshot of a ticket with tax applied.
The Transaction Type for the Tax Template is incorrect. Here is an example for a Tax Template named “T1” and the associated Transaction Type (“T1 Transaction”) and Tax Account (“Sales T1”):
